Steve has over 14 years of experience in real estate investment, development and asset management in North America and Europe, Steve previously worked at Silver Creek Development and the Macquarie Group.
He oversaw the development, acquisition and disposition and management of over 10 MSF of commercial real estate assets and managed a portfolio of over $4B across the United States.
Steve graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Suffolk University and earned his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business where he focused on Real Estate, Corporate Finance, and Strategy.
Originally from Israel and raised on a kibbutz, Noga brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset to all of her ventures. Her career spans a diverse range of industries, including corporate banking, hospitality, real estate investment trusts (REITs), multifamily and industrial development, and healthcare.
Noga has also managed several ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family offices across the U.S., launched multiple business initiatives for the private investment community, and run a boutique fund-of-funds (FOF).With over a decade of experience in agricultural ventures across developing markets, Noga has focused on strategy development and capital formation.
Noga serves on the board of the Academic City University Foundation, where she channels her passion for using education as a catalyst for economic change.
